Óðinstorg, lighting design and planning. Verkís won a design competition for the project along with Basalt Architects and VSÓ Consulting.

By filling in drainage ditches, wetlands that were previously disturbed can be reclaimed and the area can be developed as a nature reserve.

A land-use plan for Álftanes. Verkís carried out an environmental assessment, the planning of utilities, traffic planning and design.

An area, which will be planned with natural quality, sustainability and shared use as a guiding principle.

The neighborhood will be about 40 hectares. The streets is a total of 6.8 km and the walking and cycling paths is a total of 5.7 km.
