Projects
Verkís is responsible for almost all engineering design. The building is designed in BIM building information system.
School in Nuuk, which will serve both pre-primanary and elementari school students, has room for 1.200 students.
The building will also be a sport and cultural center in the evening and on weekends, and will benefit a wide group of residents of the city.
Verkís is Ístak‘s subcontractor in the project. Ístak received the work after preselection and a tendering process in which three elements were combined; bidding, design and implementation, and the estimated operation costs of the building for thirty years.
It is planned that the school will be put in operation in 2023.
